Download troubleshooting
- No email? Check spam or promotions folders, and make sure the address you typed at checkout is correct.
- Link not working? Download links may expire. Write to us with your receipt and we will send a new one.
- On a phone? Long-press the link and choose Download, or open it on a computer. On iPhone, files go to the Files app under Downloads.
- File won't open? Install a reader for the format above (VLC plays every video and audio file). Unzip app files before you open them.
- Slow or stopped download? Use a steady Wi-Fi connection and try again. Video files are the largest.
